Broadmoor Bistro Will Reopen in September

Thanks to our patrons for another successful year at the Broadmoor Bistro. The Bisto is now closed for the remainder of the school year. We will reopen in September. Menus will be posted in August. Please join us for what is sure to be memorable year!

Wysong Family/James Beard Chef Lecture Series

Broadmoor Technical Center has partnered with the James Beard Foundation creating the “Wysong Family/James Beard Chef Lecture Series.” Each year we will be soliciting the nation’s top James Beard chefs inviting them to participate in our lecture/mentoring program. Watch this page for the next visiting chef in the series.

Scholarships awarded to Students
The James Beard Foundation and The Cliff Bath Excellence in Restaurant Hospitality Scholarship have made awards to two Broadmoor students.

Certain Fridays of the month the students will be selling the products of their lessons that they’ve made in their classes at Broadmoor. We must insist that credit cards are preferred and NO CASH will be accepted for these purchases. This is student-based learning. Thank you for your support.
